Mindfulness is the practice of being present, without judgement and without expectation. In this course we learn how to be more resilient in our every day lives, through the practice of mindfulness. Together we will dive in, whether it be dedicated time seated in meditation, moving fluidly through the world with our senses engaged, or simply being more mindful of our thoughts and actions. By the end of this 1 week course, you will have the tools you need to create more stability and ease in the mind, body and spirit.
